1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EC77 online gaming platform available at ec77.vu (the "Platform"). EC77 is an online entertainment service offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo and related features for adult users.

By creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on EC77, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. 3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your EC77 login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify EC77 support immediately via live chat. EC77 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Currency

All EC77 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees for standard PKR transactions through supported payment channels.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

EC77 supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and standard debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name — third-party payments are not permitted.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your EC77 wallet within a few minutes of the transaction being completed. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit has not reflected after 30 minutes, contact EC77 support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed promptly by EC77. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically completed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. EC77 does not charge standard withdrawal fees on PKR transactions. You may only withdraw to a payment method linked to your registered account details.

4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

EC77 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is standard procedure and is done to protect your account. You may be asked to confirm your registered mobile number, provide a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account screen, or confirm other account details. EC77 will not process withdrawals to unverified payment methods.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

EC77 offers a range of bonuses including welcome bonuses for new registrations, weekly cashback on live casino losses, reload bonuses and event-specific promotions tied to cricket tournaments including the PSL and T20 internationals. • Bonuses may only be claimed once per player unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically.
• EC77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to a player claiming it.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, coordinated play or any form of bonus abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net real-money losses only — bonus bets do not count toward cashback calculations.

6. Gameplay Rules

EC77 offers games across multiple categories: Casino slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, bingo and specialty games. Each game type operates under its own specific rules which are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant section page. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game you are playing.

All casino games on EC77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from established providers. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers following standard card game procedures. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of real-world sporting events. EC77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including connection drops, server errors or software malfunctions — EC77 will endeavour to restore the session to its last valid state. If this is not possible, bets that cannot be resolved fairly will be voided and the staked amount returned to your balance. EC77's decision on technical fault resolutions is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on EC77 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using a different identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using exploits, glitches or known software bugs to generate credits or wins outside of normal gameplay.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute a valid deposit transaction after it has been used to place bets.
• Using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Accessing EC77 on behalf of another person, accepting funds from a third party to gamble on their behalf, or operating a proxy gambling service.
• Providing false personal information or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.

8. Responsible Gaming

EC77 provides a range of responsible gaming tools directly within your account settings. These are designed to give you control over your gaming activity before a session begins rather than relying solely on in-session discipline.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control how much you add to your balance in a given period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a pre-set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your account for a chosen period. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be re-opened until the exclusion period expires.

10. Account Termination

You may close your EC77 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing time.

EC77 may close or suspend your account without prior notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms; your account is found to be involved in fraudulent or prohibited activity; you have provided false information during registration; or EC77 is required to do so to comply with applicable obligations. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance may be forfeited at EC77's discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

EC77 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While EC77 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, EC77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

EC77 is not liable for: losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control; losses arising from a player's own decisions, including the decision to continue playing after a loss; or indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind. In all cases, EC77's total liability to any individual player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

EC77 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods or operational requirements. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
